OSWEGO — Penfield Library at SUNY Oswego is extending borrowing privileges to Oswego County K-12 educators and high school students. Complimentary library cards will give them access to college-level research resources, services and collections.

High school students who are engaged in high-level research with educators and are likely to benefit from the use of SUNY Oswego’s rich research collection are also welcome to apply for a card.
Referral by a school librarian is required for complimentary student cards.
Visitors to SUNY Oswego who are planning to use a campus parking lot need a parking permit.
