Syracuse Haulers And RFH’s Present A Night Of Great Dirt Racing Saturday At Fulton Speedway

FULTON, NY – With school about to let out for the summer spend your Saturday night at the Fulton Speedway when Syracuse Haulers and RFH’s Hideaway will present an evening of affordable, family fun, dirt track racing at the Route 57 home of speed.

On the race card will be the Tracey Road Equipment Modifieds, SUNY Canton Sportsman, NAPA Late Models, E&V Energy Novice Sportsman, Hilton’s Automotive Four-Cylinders, plus Pro Race Cars Mod Lites.

Syracuse Haulers, will be interactive at the event for both adults and kids. For adult fans, be sure to stop by their display in the midway to enter to win a free year of disposal service which they will award Saturday night.

They will also have a Fulton and Brewerton home service sale you can sign up for at the track.

For the kids, there will be a ‘grab bag scramble’ held at intermission on the track, filled with prizes and goodies.

The first 100 kids that check in at the Junior Fan Club table will receive a ticket to be able to participate.

Tracey Road Equipment Modifieds – Can Larry Wight be slowed down? For the second race in a row Wight came from deep in the starting field to grab the 35-lap feature win.

SUNY Canton Sportsman – Thirty-three cars signed in the pits that needed a consi to set the 24-car feature lineup. At the end of a hotly contested 25-lap main Corey Barker stood in victory lane for the second time this season.

NAPA Late Models – “Wasn’t sure if I would ever get a win after switching classes,” Kevan Cook said after his second win of the year after moving out of IMCA Modifieds. Besides Cook, three out of the top-five in last week’s feature are division rookies. Chris Fleming (2nd) and Jason Occhino (5th).

E&V Energy Novice Sportsman – For the second week in-a-row Mike Stanton led every lap of the 15-Lap E&V Energy Novice Sportsman feature. Per class rules if Stanton gets another win he will have to move up to the SUNY Canton Sportsman.

Hilton’s Automotive Four-Cylinders – Tim Dunn and Colby Herzog put on a battle royal in the 15-lap Hilton’s Automotive Four Cylinders. The pair battled bumper-to-bumper and side-by-side almost the entire distance with Dunn grabbing the narrow victory.

Adult admission on June 20 will be $12 with everyone 18 years old and younger free. Pit admission $27 participant/$30 non-participant. Gates will open at 5 p.m. with racing at 7 p.m.
