On Wednesday at approximately 9:58 a.m., members of the Criminal Investigation Division arrested 30-year-old Brandon A. Burnham of 420 Gifford St., Syracuse, in regards to a burglary that had occurred on April 13 at a West Schuyler Street address.
It is alleged that Burnham had illegally entered the residence and stole numerous electronic items, valued at more than $2,000.
As a result of the investigation several of the electronic items were recovered on Monday and Tuesday.
Burnham was criminally charged with the following:
Burglary in the 2nd Degree – Class C Felony
Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree- Class E Felony
Burnham was processed and arraigned in Oswego City Court.
He was remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility with no bail.
He is due back in Oswego City Court on April 29 at 10 a.m.
