The Oswego City-County Youth Bureau is currently accepting member and site applications for Oswego AmeriCorps. A nation-wide program, AmeriCorps serves community needs in local schools, agencies and non-profit groups.

AmeriCorps Workers Visit Michaud Nursing Home

<p>AmeriCorps workers Daniel Bobbett and Danielle Crisafulli (right) and Hannah Burgess (left) recently visited residents at the Michaud Nursing Home in Fulton as part of their community outreach project for AmeriCorps. Bobbett and Crisafulli delivered residents handmade greeting cards that were created by students in the CYO Recreation Program. Burgess joined the two as they shared their musical talents and entertained the residents by playing them a number of songs.</p>

Students participating in the CYO Summer Program recently spent some quality time making greeting cards for the residents at Michaud Nursing Home in Fulton.
