DeCaire congratulated all of the returning Officers of the Board including; John Zanewych as President, Doran Edmond as Vice-President (attending remotely), Thomas Ingram as Treasurer and Danielle Hayden as Secretary.

Executive Director of Oswego County Opportunities, Diane Cooper-Courier introduced the new members of OCO’s Board of Directors during the agency’s annual meeting held April 27 at Springside at Seneca Hill. Cynthia Thrower, a mother of a 36-year old challenged son, is a community volunteer who is also involved in ministering to others. Daniel Thrower brings with him 45 years of experience as a pastor, corrections counselor, teacher and business owner.
