Chamber Welcomes International Laser Therapy
The Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce welcomed its newest member with a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of International Laser Therapy.
The Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce welcomed its newest member with a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of International Laser Therapy.
First, SUNY Oswego senior Brittany Vetter competed with top accounting and finance students across the country to win a berth in Beta Alpha Psi’s Project Run With It competition.
Then her team triumphed, bringing another honor — and a $1,000 prize — to the award-winning Oswego chapter.
Veronica LaBarge and Christine Krugman opened All In One Fitness & Beauty in a formerly vacant storefront on West 1st St. earlier this year. Their goal: recapture the feeling that made Curves a place women wanted to be, while offering more of what women want and need for their health and well being.
The keynote speaker for the event will be Onondaga County Executive Joanie Mahoney. Mahoney is a life long resident of Central New York. Born into a large family, she grew up in Syracuse and graduated from Corcoran High School, Syracuse University School of Management and Syracuse University College of Law.
Among the featured speakers for the event will be Diane Dillon, Head Coach of the Oswego State Lakers. Dillon, a native of Tonawanda, NY, completed five seasons as an assistant coach for the Division I Cornell University women’s hockey team prior to being named the head coach at Oswego State in 2006.
It started with a carrot cake.
“It’s such a good recipe,” said Kathy Hotaling of Fulton. “Everyone had it and said, ‘you should open a bakery’.”
So she did.
