The Children’s Museum of Oswego (CMOO) is kicking off its Build, Play, Grow Campaign this week with more than $275,000 in gifts and pledges already received. John Shaver, board president of the Children’s Museum of Oswego, was the featured speaker at the Fulton Lions Club September 19 meeting. Shaver explained that CMOO’s mission was to establish a non-profit children’s museum to benefit children and families throughout Oswego County.
