National Reading Month In Focus In Hannibal Schools
To celebrate National Reading Month, the Hannibal Central School District launched several literacy initiatives in March.

Recently a reading celebration was held at the Frederick Leighton Elementary School. It celebrated the birthday of Dr. Seuss.

It was a green eggs and ham Dr. Seuss birthday celebration in Terri Stacy’s first grade classroom at the Charles E. Riley Elementary School.
