More than $15,000 was raised by more than 400 participants in the fourth annual Run for Dennis 5k Run/Walk, held on March 14, to honor the memory of Oswego resident Dennis Pacheco, a victim of bladder cancer, it was announced by Jessica Newson, race director and Pacheco’s daughter, and Jane Pacheco, co-director and Pacheco’s wife.
FitzGibbons Agency, an Oswego-based Independent Insurance Agency, and a subsidiary of Pathfinder Bank, is completing its integration of the Huntington Agency of Baldwinsville, effective into the FitzGibbons family of insurance agencies, according to John FitzGibbons, agency president.

Dawn Dashnaw and Brian Steele have been hired as insurance agents with the FitzGibbons Agency, according to John FitzGibbons, president of the Oswego, New York insurance group.
Kathleen Harrington has been hired as an account executive with the FitzGibbons Agency, according to John FitzGibbons, president of the Oswego, New York insurance group.
Harrington, who holds a New York State Property and Casualty license, will provide local businesses with solutions to their property and casualty needs and offer quality customer service to manage all aspects of business insurance.
