Empire State Development on Wednesday announced close to $9.5 million in grants for projects in Oswego, Jefferson and St. Lawrence counties as part of the third round of Restore NY grant program. $</p>Mark Giovanetti, owner of Babcock Oil Co., Inc. presents a $500 check to Granby Elementary School principal Heather Perry. The $500 grant is from the ExxonMobil Educational Alliance program to support the school\ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢s science program.
