Rural Health Network Of Oswego County To Host Scrapbooking Session
Sponsored by the Rural Health Network of Oswego County, the Tobacco Free Network of Oswego County and the Oswego County Health Department, the scrapbooking techniques session will be facilitated by Pam Marion. Marion, who attends a yearly scrapbooking conference in Hamilton, has been creating innovative scrapbooks for the past 15 years.

For her Girl Scout Gold Award Project, Paige Gray decided to create a “Mural of Memories” and rekindle the love of art in elementary and middle school age students in the process. The youngsters created a panel reflecting their ideas of positive change.
