Everything changes, even at the Pulaski Public Library. One of the most recent changes for patrons is the new log-on procedure for the use of the public computers. Now a library card is required for patrons to use the computers.

Oswego Library Begins ‘Pajama Story Time’ For Toddlers
The Oswego Public Library will be hosting a new story hour to be held in the evening every Tuesday at 6:00pm beginning October 22nd. The story hour is called “pajama story time” and will feature books geared towards settling down toddlers and preschoolers for bedtime.

Fulton Public Library’s Elevator Project Begins
Ground was broken Friday, September 25, on the river side of the 1905 Carnegie structure, to build a four-story elevator tower on the rear of the building. “The project will be completed in two sections,†Library Director Penny Kerfien said. “The first part of the project will be to construct the tower, on the river side of the building, from ground level to the roof.â€Â

Oswego Library Begins Mystery Book Club For Teens
Participants will sign up and receive a mysterious book, not necessarily a mystery. Readers should find this fun and may end up reading a book they would have never chosen on their own. Recommended ages for this book club are 11-16 years old.

School has resumed and so have the children’s story hours at the Oswego Public Library. Children can enjoy listening to stories, making crafts, and sharing a snack.

The Oswego Public Library will host an exhibition of the photography of Richard Drosse from Sept. 1 to Oct. 5. An opening reception will take place on Thursday from 6-8 p.m

Fulton Public Library to Be Closed for Painting
A quick note: Fulton’s Public Library will be closed Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Painters will be at work inside the library. Drop your due books into the book drop and there’ll be no fines charged. The library will reopen Saturday at 9:00 a.m.

“Rock The Block” Donates To Fulton Library
The library received a donation from the 50/50 raffle and from local businesses. The money will be used towards the building of the Fulton Public Library elevator. This elevator project will be started by the end of August.
