Ceremonies honoring the sacrifices of our veterans take place today.
In Fulton, the ceremony begins at 10:30 a.m. at the park across the street from City Hall. There’ll be a luncheon afterwards at the VFW on Cayuga St.
In Oswego, ceremonies begin at 9:30 a.m. in the community room at City Hall. A procession begins at 10:45 a.m. to Veterans Park in West Linear Park. The ceremony at the park begins at 11:00 a.m. VFW Post 569 hosts a luncheon afterwards.

Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing brought 15 wounded soldiers and veterans to the Salmon River for the most exciting water treatment of all: fly fishing — the art of casting colorful, all but weightless flies tied of yarns, feathers and threads to trophy salmon and trout.
