Andrew J. Stoughtenger, 20, of Oswego was arrested Tuesday in connection with the attempted burglary of a residence in the town of LaFayette. Pending in Oswego County Court, Stoughtenger was indicted in July on 12 counts of second-degree burglary. The case against a Fulton teenager who was arrested after allegedly causing serious injuries to his 18-month-old daughter will see its next days in a grand jury room. Robby J. Guppy, 17, of 604 E.
