The Richardson-Bates House Museum may be forced to close due to a lack of funding. Supporters are doing what they can to ensure one of the city’s premier museums and local archive repository keeps its doors open.
Nearly 200 youngsters from across the county take part in writing and art events to highlight local history. The top entries in each grade level were recognized at an awards ceremony at the H. Lee White Marine Museum.
