The Oswego County Health Department reported that the eastern equine encephalitis (EEE) virus was found in two pools of mosquitoes collected during the week of July 15. A small plane has crashed in the town of Palermo Sunday afternoon, according to officials.
It happened at around 3:30 p.m. near 1988 County Route 45, Palermo.
