The Art Association of Oswego announces the opening of two new exhibitions on Saturday, August 22 at the Oswego Civic Arts Center. Opening in the Timothy McHenry gallery on the Art Center’s second floor will be Travels in Silver, an exhibition of traditional silver-based photography by two Central New York photographers, Peter Mahan and Yolanda Tooley.
