Eleven teams competed in the tournament that served as a fundraiser to benefit two of Catholic Charities’ most in-demand programs, the food pantry and CYO. The programs provide food for those in need and recreational and educational activities for area youth.
On Saturday, at Union College, the Oswego High School girls’ varsity volleyball team headed into State Class A quarterfinal action against Burnt Hills. However, it was a short trip into post season play as the Bucs lost 3-0. Oswego finished the year with an 11-6 record.
