This year’s theme reflects the school’s commitment to leadership development and community partnerships as part of The Leader in Me philosophy and framework.

Students and staff smile proudly in their Team Fitzhugh T-shirts, “Together is Better” highlighting Habit 6: Synergize.

Students continue their leadership development by learning about and participating in real-life experiences that allow them opportunities to apply The 7 Habits of Happy Kids, based on Stephen R. Covey’s, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
