OSWEGO, NY ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â‚¬Å“ At about 6 a.m. today (Oct. 20), Oswego Police responded to 96 Hamilton St., Apartment 158, for an assault complaint.
Upon arrival and investigation it was determined that the suspect, Angel M. Palmer, 18, of 96 Hamilton St., Apartment 158, allegedly stabbed an adult male victim with a knife.
The victim, who was apparently stabbed in the shoulder, was transported to Oswego Hospital where he was treated for his injury.
The injury did not appear to be life-threatening.
Palmer was processed at the Oswego City Police Department and later arraigned in front of Oswego City Court Judge James Metcalf on the following charges:
Assault in the Second Degree (Class D-Felony)
Criminal Possession of Weapon in the Fourth Degree (Class A-Misdemeanor)
Upon arraignment Judge Metcalf remanded Palmer to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500.00 bail / $5,000.00 bond.
Palmer is due to reappear in Oswego City Court on Nov. 28, at 9:30 a.m.
