The Warm Up Oswego committee would like to thank all members of the community who came out to the Oswego YMCA Armory for the festival made it a huge success on Feb. 3 and 4.
We warmed up the city so much it didn’t seem like winter!
The mild winter encouraged people to hunt around the downtown businesses for chilies as part of the Scavenger Hunt and dress up in amazing costumes for the Crazy Costume Sled Race down West First Street.
We had a record number of vendors in the YMCA Armory; there were so many local businesses and organizations with such amazing goods!
It was great to see people in our city connect with old friends and neighbors, while they were out enjoying themselves.
Downtown Oswego really came alive at night with music, dancing and great company at the Hot Spot Fiesta locations!
We finished off, or kicked off, the night with a bang by Pyrotecnico fireworks.
A big thanks goes out to all of Warm UP Oswego’s major sponsors: the YMCA, the City of Oswego, as well as Pyrotecnico, C’s Farm Market, CENG, NRG and Oswego County Federal Credit Union.
We are already preparing for the eighth Annual Warm Up Oswego to be held on Feb. 1-2, 2013.
