With the generous support of individuals and companies like these, Literacy Volunteers is able to help individuals and families read a book to their child, a street sign to know where they are or a medicine bottle so they can feel better. Almost 50% of revenue for this program is raised through donations. Without this support, LVOC would not have the impact they currently do on helping people to read.

(OCO), the goal of LVOC is to provide opportunities for adults to achieve personal freedom by building basic literacy skills at no cost in a confidential environment.
