The 4th Annual Trinity Turkey Trot Planned

OSWEGO – The 4th Annual Trinity Turkey Trot, 5K Family Fun Run/Walk will be held on Sunday, November 18 at 12:30 p.m. at the Ancient Order of Hibernians.

We welcome participants of all ages.

Through the generosity of our main sponsor, Port City Chiropractic, we have professional timing to provide official results for more experienced runners.

We are also pleased, once again, to offer the “Gobble Waddle Kid’s Run” for children 8 and younger..

It will be held at noon, before the start of the 5k race.

Registration for the Gobble Waddle is $5.

The children will have the opportunity to cross the same finish line as the 5k participants, and we hope their excitement will be just the beginning of a love for fitness!

All proceeds directly benefit health and wellness programs and fundraising events for students of Trinity Catholic School.

Proceeds from the last 3 years helped the school to purchase and build a new playground for the school.

This has made a direct impact on the students as well as neighboring children.

You can go to www.oswegotrinitycatholic.org/events/trinityturkeytrot to find a link to pre-register for $25.

Or by going to www.lightboxreg.com and searching the word Trinity.

Race day registrations will also be accepted for a cash/check fee of $30.

Thanks to our friends at CNY Racing, we will be giving out free hats to the 5K participants.

Register to secure yours today – quantities are limited.

Please contact race director Laura Bond at [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns, or call the school directly at 315-343-6700.

The day will also included basket raffles and top finishers in each age group will receive a free turkey.

Participants are encouraged to show off their “Thanksgiving best,” adorning harvest themed clothing or hats.

Generosity for the event has also been provided by the Nicholson family, Dunkin Donuts, Dynamic Auto-Home Accessories, Eagle Beverage Co, Inc, Nex Level Creatice, LLC, and Ontario Orchards.

See you there. Rain or shine – or snow!
