  13. I first came to know Ted Noel in 1997/1998 when the
Painters District Council #4 had full affiliation of Painters locals in Central New York. It was my pleasure working with him as a business representative of our union and the members of the North Country. He was tireless and dedicated to his job always for the benefit of his members & their families. A no nonsense man with strong commitment for unions. Thank You so much for your support and camaraderie. Nancy & I pray for Wendy
and the Noel Family. May he Rest In Peace….
