BREWERTON, NY – Major Marketing partner and sponsor of the Big Block Modifieds, Tracey Road Equipment, continues their strong support of the Brewerton Speedway as they present a full night of high speed, side by side racing this Friday night, July 6.
The Big Block Modifieds will be looking to get to double digits in the winners column so far in 2012. This season there have been 9 different winners in 9 events run. The list of winners reads like a who’s who in Modified racing that includes, Larry Wight, Robbie Bellinger, Matt Sheppard, Billy Decker, Willy Decker, Jimmy Phelps, Alan Johnson, Ryan Phelps and Dan Vauter.
Looking at the point standings it shows what a tight race it should be right down to the final checkers this fall. Jimmy Phelps leads the way followed by Billy Decker, Larry Wight, Ryan Phelps and Matt Sheppard. Those drivers are only separated by 40 points from first to fifth.
Also on the race card Friday will be the Nationwide Insurance IMCA Modifieds, Beaver River Distribution Mod Lites and Anchor Bar & Grill Four Cylinder Super Stocks.
Jr. Fan Club members this Friday will be your chance to hit the speedway with your annual bike races. Bring your bike and your helmet and get ready to have some fun.
The Brewerton Speedway would like to thank Tracey Road Equipment for their continued support of the Brewerton Speedway. If it’s for the construction industry or over the road use, Tracey is the one to contact.
