Trio Arrested In Connection With Kwik Fill Robbery

Oswego, NY – The New York State Police arrested 3 suspects in connection with the armed Robbery at the Town of Oswego Kwik Fill that occurred on 7/30/15.

All three suspects were arrested on 8/7/15, at approximately 9:45 a.m., at 63 Tallman Street in the City of Oswego, following a search warrant at this address.

Charged with 1 count of Robbery 2nd degree – Class C Felony

Charged with 1 count of Robbery 2nd degree – Class C Felony

 

All three suspects were arraigned before Oswego Town Justice Michael Sterio.

They were all remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail – $100,000 secured bond.

They have a return court date of 8/10/15 at 4:30 p.m.

The New York State Police executed a search warrant at 63 Tallman Street on 8/7/15, with assistance from the City of Oswego Police Department.  Evidence of the robbery, along with proceeds from the robbery were recovered at this location.

  1. boy are these guys stupid which I am sure it was helpful in the excellent police work in nabbing them so quickly. We dont get very many armed robberies around here so I would expect a much tougher sentence than in areas were it is more common…which i think is good. They threatened a persons life for what? I am sure it was less than $500 bucks split three ways. I would let them keep the loot so they can enjoy the penny a day it will work out too for the time they will serve. Dont spend it all in one place boys. they would have done better collecting bottles
