CENTERVILLE, Mass. – Oswego State freshman softball player Tori Trovato has been selected for the ECAC Upstate Softball All-Star First Team as voted on by regional coaches or respective designees.
Trovato led the team in virtually every offensive category during the 2013 season.
The Fulton native batted .415, which ranked fourth among all SUNYAC players, in 118 plate appearances over 36 games.
She also ranked seventh among conference players with a team-leading 34 runs scored and 49 hits and sixth with 35 RBI.
Trovato also had power at the plate, as she boasted a monstrous .678 slugging percentage on 11 doubles, one triple and six homeruns.
Earlier this spring, Trovato was named First Team All-SUNYAC.
