OSWEGO, NY – On Tuesday (November 3), at approximately 12:50 p.m. the Oswego City Police Department’s Patrol Division, assisted by the Oswego County Drug Task Force, executed a drug related search warrant at 28 W. Fourth St. in the city of Oswego.
As a result of the search, a total of 10 ½ pounds of marihuana and $28,439 in US currency, that is alleged to be proceeds of illegal drug sales, were seized.
Two residents of that address, 20-year-old Jamison S. Limperis and 23-year-old Michael S. Wolf, were arrested and criminally charged with one count each as follows:
Criminal Possession of Marihuana in the 1st degree – Class C Felony
Limperis was additionally found to be in possession of a small amount of cocaine and Wolf was found to be in illegal possession of prescription drugs, police said.
They were additionally charged with:
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree – Class A Misdemeanor
The defendants were arraigned in Oswego City Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail each.
They were to reappear in Oswego City Court today (November 4).
The Oswego County Drug Task Force is comprised of members from the Oswego County District Attorney’s Office, Oswego County Sheriff’s Department, NYS University Police at Oswego, U.S. Border Patrol, Fulton City Police Department and Oswego City Police Department.
