Oswego Salvation Army will hold a Roast Beef Guest Chef dinner, Wednesday, Dec. 1st from 4:30-6:30 pm at the Oswego Citadel 73 W. Second Street. The public is invited to attend. Tickets are $8.50, $5 for kids and under 5 years old free. Call 343-6491 for more information. Take out available.
