LAKE EFFECT SNOW WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM NOV. 20.
WHAT…Heavy lake effect snow occurring. Plan on difficult travel conditions, including during the morning commute.
Additional snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches are expected in the most persistent lake snows.
WHERE…Northern Cayuga and Oswego counties.
WHEN…Until 6 PM today.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Be prepared for significant reductions in
visibility at times.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…Heavy snow will fall in relatively narrow bands. If traveling, be prepared for rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities.
