Oswego County Legislature Proclaims Literacy Month

The Oswego County Legislature presented a proclamation to Literacy Volunteers of Oswego County designating September as Literacy Month.

On hand to receive the proclamation were Jane Murphy who serves as executive director for the organization and Jennifer Bisbo, recently named Tutor of the Year for Literacy Volunteers.
