Oswego Health: A Whole New Appreciation For Valentine’s Day

OSWEGO – With visitation still being restricted, our residents at Seneca Hill Manor were overjoyed when they received hand crafted Valentines.
A huge thank you to the Fulton Sunrise Rotary Club who handmade Valentines for every resident of the skilled nursing facility.
This little gesture made their day!
