Three-Vehicle Crash on I-81 North Claims Four Lives

PULASKI – I-81 North near Pulaski re-opened earlier this morning (July 6) following a a deadly crash late Wednesday night that claimed four lives.

According to State Police reports, two cars collided with a tractor-trailer.

The driver of the tractor-trailer reportedly swerved to avoid deer that had wandered onto the highway. The two cars collided with the truck.

The four victims were all occupants of the cars. The truck driver was uninjured.

Names of the victims haven’t been released pending notification of next of kin.
