WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM TUESDAY.

WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM WEDNESDAY TO 4 AM THURSDAY.

WHAT: Snow occurring.
Heavy snow expected.
An additional 2 to 4 inches expected through this evening (Feb. 6). Then another 6 to 12 inches expected early Wednesday morning (Feb. 7) through late Wednesday night.

Travel will be very difficult to impossible, including during the evening commute on Wednesday.

WHERE: The Eastern Lake Ontario Region.

WHEN: For the Winter Storm Warning, from 4 AM Wednesday to 4 AM Thursday.
For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 10 PM this evening (Feb. 6).

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Be prepared for significant reductions in visibility at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS: Widespread accumulating snow will create dangerous travel conditions.

Periods of snow will result in snow covered roads and limited visibilities.
Slow down and use caution while driving.
