OSWEGO, NY – The abuse of bath salts and other synthetic drugs is on the rise in the Oswego area.
In response to this developing trend, the Upstate Poison Control Center of Syracuse will offer a free educational seminar, open to the public, to educate the Oswego community on this epidemic.
The seminar will include an assessment of the problem and suggestions for responsible action.
It will be held on Sept. 19 at Elim Grace Church, 340 W. First St., Oswego.
It will run from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
