OSWEGO – The Oswego Vegan/Vegetarian Club will hold its first meeting at 6 p.m. on March 5 in the Newman Center.
There will be a vegan potluck dinner; bring a vegan dish for six to share plus your own plates, cup and utensils.
Coffee, tea and water offered.
Donations are encouraged.
SUNY Oswego students call registered dietitian Sarah Formoza at 312-3284 or email [email protected] for information.
Community members email June and Phil MacArthur at [email protected] for information.
The meeting will follow the dinner.
Meet other vegans who may share your views, discuss and learn healthfulness of whole food, plant-based diet.
Do we want and need a club to help us? Don’t feel alone in your eating style.
Discuss recipes and how to cook without meat, dairy and eggs.
Do animals have rights, too?
You need not be a vegan to come. But, your food dish must be vegan and have a card with the ingredients in it.
