Veteran elementary school teachers cited

OSWEGO, NY – Two veteran elementary school teachers were recognized by the Oswego City School District at the recent Board of Education meeting.

Veteran elementary school teachers cited

Rosemary Ingersoll and Mary Ann Bullard have combined for more than a half century in teaching Oswego’s children.

They were presented “Certificates of Recognition” by Board President John Dunsmoor and Superintendent of Schools Bill Crist.
