PULASKI – The Pulaski Historical Society will be participating in the Village-Wide Yard sales on May 19 and 20, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Along with the yard sale, there will be hot dogs and beverages for sale.
There will also be the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for a framed set of four beautiful black and white photographs of a local area “Old Barn” by photographer Kati Palmer.
The photo set is on display at the Pulaski Public Library.
The drawing will be held on June 27 at the museum.
Money raised in these events go toward the “Replace the Roof” Fund for the museum.
There will a potluck dinner and annual meeting on May 24, in the Carriage House.
The dinner is open to all and starts at 6 p.m. Please bring a dish to pass and your own table service.
The annual meeting will begin at 7 p.m. There will be a summary of the fiscal year’s activities, a financial report, and the officers and bBoard of directors will be announced for the upcoming fiscal year.
For the months of May and June, there are two special exhibits on display.
“Spring Bonnets and Fashions” and “High School Prom” can be seen in the museum.
The Pulaski Historical Society is located at 3428 Maple Ave., across from Mavis Tire/Cole Muffler in the village.
The museum is open in May from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., on Saturdays.
Volunteers are available to help with research and questions at the regular work sessions on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to noon.
