* IMPACTS: STRONG WINDS MAY CAUSE MINOR PROPERTY DAMAGE AND LOCALIZED POWER OUTAGES. MOTORISTS IN HIGH-PROFILE VEHICLES WILL NEED TO USE EXTRA CAUTION.
