Lake effect snow warning for Oswego County 1 p.m. Jan. 26 through 7 p.m. Jan. 29. Heavy lake effect snow will develop east of Lake Ontario and the Tug Hill Plateau will likely be the snowiest location for the weekend.

According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received 0.08-inch of  precipitation on January 25.

The monthly total is 3.49 inches.
