Madeline K. WilcoxMadeline K. WilcoxMadeline K. Wilcox, 90, of Fulton, died August 19, 2009 at Oswego Hospital. A native of Fulton, Mrs. Wilcox was a life resident. She had worked at Ritchie Chemical & Equipment, Inc. in Fulton for four years. She had previously worked at DeLine’s Grocery, Fulton, in the meat department for several years. Mrs. Wilcox was a member of Bowens Corners United Methodist Church. She was predeceased by her husband, David R. Wilcox, who died in 1981, sisters, Ida Powers and Bernice Austin and a brother Floyd Ware. Surviving are: a son, David L. Wilcox of Fulton; a daughter, Arleen A. Darling of Fulton; two sisters, Margaret Ritchie and Jessie Powers both of Fulton; a brother, Kenneth Ware of Fulton; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Services will be held 10 a.m. Monday at Bowens Corners United Methodist Church with burial at Jacksonville Cemetery, Lysander. Calling hours are 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. Contributions may be made to the Bowens Corners United Methodist Church Memorial Fund, 758 State Route 176, Fulton, 13069 or to the Cody Volunteer Fire Department, 155 County Route 55, Fulton, 13069.
