  2. I live near Billy growing up. He was one of the neighborhood boys. I have lived in California for 35 years, but always kept up with the kids in the neighborhood via my sister and others that still live in Oswego. This breaks my heart. We should all still be hanging out on the Seinoski’s porch or waiting to the Hawkins to come to town. RIP Billy, I know you will be sorely missed.
