FULTON, NY – Would you like to experience horse racing at one of the country’s premier tracks? The Child Advocacy Center of Oswego County will make that happen for one lucky winner.
As part of the CAC’s fifth annual Wing Fest, the agency will hold a drawing for a chance to win a Race Day at Saratoga package.
Sponsored by Engel Law Offices, the Race Day at Saratoga package offers a full day of excitement at the famed Saratoga Race Track in Saratoga Springs that includes:
– A morning backstretch tour of the Saratoga Race Course
– Up close and personal interaction with world class horse trainers and jockeys
– Two box seats tickets for the afternoon races
– A gift certificate for an Old Time Photo
– $200 Gift Certificate to Sperry’s Restaurant, a popular downtown eatery in Saratoga Springs
“Whether you’re a horse racing enthusiast or will be attending your first race, the Race Day at Saratoga is an experience you’ll never forget,” said CAC Executive Director Karrie Damm. “In addition to the events at the race track, we are also offering other raffles and a 50/50 cash prize to be drawn at the CAC Wing Fest. Last year’s winner took home almost $950!”
To be held February 12 from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Lake Ontario Event and Conference Center, East First Street in Oswego adjacent to the Best Western Hotel, the CAC’s Wing Fest features chicken wings from a variety of Oswego County’s favorite eateries as well as samples of select beers and wine.
Participating restaurants include: Canale’s Restaurant, Greene’s Ale House, Jimmie James BBQ, The Press Box, Malone’s Irish Hideaway, GJP Italian Eatery Oswego, Kristen’s Kitchen at Battle Island, Garafolo’s, GS Steamer’s, Bistro 197, and Alex’s on the Water.
Tickets for the Race Day at Saratoga package will be available at the Wing Fest and may also be purchased online at www.oswegowingfest.com
All other raffles will be offered at the event only.

All proceeds from Race Day at Saratoga drawing benefit the CAC, a non-profit organization that works hand-in-hand with local law enforcement, prosecution, child protective services, medical providers, mental health providers, and victim advocacy professionals in Oswego County to protect and serve child victims of sexual and physical abuse.
In 2015, the CAC served more than 450 children and families in Oswego County.
