Winning TAKE 5 Ticket Sold at Pulaski Byrne Dairy

PULASKI – The New York Lottery today (Dec. 5) announced a top prize winning ticket for the December 4 TAKE 5 drawing was sold at Byrne Dairy at 3739 Route 13 in Pulaski.

The winning ticket is worth $19,393.50.

In addition to the $19,393.50 top prize for the December 4 TAKE 5 drawing, which was won by matching five out of five numbers, 210 players each purchased winning tickets worth $415.50 by matching four out of five numbers for the drawing.

In total, there were 80,358 TAKE 5 winners for the December 4 drawing.

The winning numbers for the December 4 TAKE 5 drawing were 03-10-26-29-31.

The Lottery encourages everyone who bought a New York Lottery draw game ticket, to check their tickets again, as they could be holding a winner.

Tickets expire one year after the game’s drawing.

The winners may claim the tickets at Vernon Downs Casino at 4229 Stuhlman Road in Vernon, NY 13476 or at any one of the Lottery’s Customer Service Centers statewide, including the Syracuse office at 620 Erie Blvd. West, Syracuse, NY 13204.

The five winning numbers for TAKE 5 are drawn from the set of 39 available numbers every day at 11:21 p.m.
