WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM WEDNESDAY.

TIMING: THROUGH OVERNIGHT TONIGHT.

HAZARDS: HEAVY SNOW AND FREEZING RAIN.

SNOW ACCUMULATIONS: NOTHER 5 TO 10 INCHES OVER PORTIONS OF WAYNE COUNTY. ADDITIONAL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES ACROSS NORTHERN CAYUGA AND OSWEGO COUNTIES WHERE RAIN , SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN WILL MIX IN.

STORM TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 7 TO 13 INCHES.

ICE ACCUMULATIONS: STORM TOTALS AMOUNTS OF A TENTH OF AN INCH IN SOME LOCATIONS.

WINDS: WEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.

VISIBILITIES: LESS THAN A HALF MILE AT TIMES.

IMPACTS: HEAVY SNOW MIXED WITH SOME SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN WILL RESULT IN VERY DIFFICULT TRAVEL CONDITIONS.

THE COMBINATION OF SNOW AND ICE WILL PRODUCE VERY SLIPPERY ROAD CONDITIONS.

A WINTER STORM WARNING IS ISSUED WHEN SEVERE WINTER WEATHER IS EXPECTED.

HEAVY SNOW AND/OR ICE WILL CAUSE HAZARDOUS DRIVING
CONDITIONS.
