“With October being Domestic Violence Awareness Month our goal at SAF is to raise awareness of domestic violence in Oswego County and empower community members to take a stand to help bring an end to domestic violence in our communities. When Tammy Elowsky of Zonta suggested the idea of a Halloween themed fundraiser for SAF we were excited about having the ‘Witches Ball’ serve as the culmination of our Domestic Violence Awareness Month activities,” said SAF Community Response Coordinator Stacie France.

The Zonta Club’s “Witches Ball” will be held October 27 from 7 to 10 p.m. at the American Foundry in Oswego.

Sponsored by The Oswego Speedway and Mystic Music Entertainment the “Witches Ball” will host a number of vendors offering a variety of products and services including: caricature art by Shea McCarthy and Ian Saunders; gemstone jewelry by Lori McCullough; henna tattoos by Chey; herbs and oils by Hillwoman; LuLaRoe with Crystal Mason; makeup artist Danielle of Hair We Are; psychic impressions by Angela and Rae; Sage Greek Wands by Noel LaFlamm; and string spun jewelry by SueC Strings.
