OSWEGO – Port City Faith in Oswego will host a fundraising banquet for world missions on July 10 at 6:30 p.m. at 436 W. Fifth St.
The elegant menu will feature spinach and strawberry salad, lemon risotto and stuffed mushrooms as appetizers, eye round roast with mushroom florentine cream sauce and glazed ham with pineapple as entrees.
Sides will include homemade mashed potatoes, green beans almandine and roasted summer vegetables.
Vanilla mouse cheesecake, chocolate éclairs, cream puffs, carrot cake and chocolate cake will conclude the evening as desserts.
Training leaders in Native American ministries, John and Theresa Flood, will be guest speakers at the banquet, sharing a different perspective on world missions.
Pastor Sebastian Foti said the evening will be semi-formal and will make a delightful date night or simply a nice dinner.
Tickets are $25 per person and must be purchased by July 3.
