Milestone: Patricia Hyde Accepts Certificate For Service To Oswego County

The Oswego County Legislature’s Health and Human Services Committee recognized Patricia Hyde for 25 years of service to the county. Hyde is a resource coordinator with the Oswego County Department of Social Services.
