Sheriff Reuel A. Todd recently promoted Brian J. Wills, II, to the rank of Criminal Investigator. Inv. Wills has been a member of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office since his initial appointment as a Deputy on September 5, 2006, a position he held until his promotion. He and his wife reside in the Town of Granby. The newest member of the Criminal Investigation Division, Inv. Wills was presented with a Certificate of Promotion and is flanked by Sheriff Todd on his left and Undersheriff Eugene F. Sullivan, III, on his right.
