The Oswego City-County Youth Bureau is taking reservations for Camp Hollis and Camp Zerbe for the 2017 calendar year starting Oct. 3.
Camp Hollis, located at 40 Health Camp Road in the town of Oswego, and the Oswego County Nature Park at Camp Zerbe, located at 253 State Route 104 in Williamstown, are owned by Oswego County and operated by the Oswego City-County Youth Bureau.
The facilities are available May through October for use by families, wedding parties, youth groups, clubs, school groups and other organizations.
“Both parks offer a variety of resources by way of accommodations and space,” said Brandon Morey, coordinator of recreation and youth development for the Oswego City-County Youth Bureau. “Rental rates are determined by the length of stay and which facilities the group would like to use.”
The newly-renovated Zerbe lodge is now available for group rentals at Camp Zerbe.
The rustic, wheelchair-accessible lodge features a spacious great room and a large porch that overlooks Lake Lorraine.
The lodge is available for five- and 10-hour events and can be rented with the Camp Zerbe grounds for large events and private functions.
Camp Hollis features cabins for overnight lodging, and a large kitchen and dining area, all overlooking Lake Ontario.
Both parks feature playground areas and hiking trails.
Facility tours are encouraged for new groups or for large events.
